Resorts World Manila (RWM)
Resorts World Manila is Philippines' first one stop, tourist destination that includes a casino, hotels, shopping mall, cinema, theater and a lot more.
It is a casino resort, located in Newport City, opposite the NAIA Terminal 3, in Pasay City. The resort is a joint venture between Alliance Global Group and Genting Hongkong. The project, occupying part of a former military camp near Manila's airport, has three hotels with 1,574 rooms, a 30,000 square meter casino and a 30,000 square meter shopping mall.
A soft launch of the resort took place on August 28, 2009. Resorts World Manila is the sister resort to ,Resorts World Genting Malaysia and Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. From 2009 to 2013, it was the only casino resort in Metro Manila until the opening of Solaire Resorts & Casino in Entertainment City, Paranaque on March 2013 followed by City of Dreams Manila on December 2014 in Raxas Boulevard.
This is the first time I went here with friends and hubby and we really enjoyed. The interior designs including architectural fiction was superb. I can't even take my eyes on the classy furnitures and elegant chandeliers all over the resorts. Even escalator's steps do have attractive designs of dancing lights that so good to the eyes.
We had a wonderful evening watching movies in their cinema. Although it was dawn already, people inside and out of the resort was still animatedly alert and awake.
We also spotted some celebrities and got a chance to have some souvenir too.
